A family favorite in our home is pheasant rice casserole.
It is easy to make using a crockpot. It is a great dish to make when the hunters are visiting or on a cold winter day.
Recommend to use Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice – not the instant type. My daughter loves adding frozen broccoli for an extra flair.

Enjoy!
