If you are a steak lover, this seasoning is a must have in your spice rack!

A friend introduced us to this Greek seasoning a couple years ago. We have been using it ever since. It enhances a steak so it tastes as good as at a steakhouse. Whether you have a charcoal, gas, pellet, or indoor grill; using this seasoning as a marinade will add a nice blend of spices. This seasoning is also great on fish, chicken, other meats, potatoes, and cooked vegetables.
S-C Seasoning Company, Inc. based in Harrison, Arkansas, has been manufacturing it since 1969.
Where can you find it? Two spots I have found it are Walmart and Amazon.

Method
- In a gallon or half gallon Ziplock freezer bag, add soy sauce. Need enough for the steaks to be at least half soaking in the liquid.
- Sprinkle Cavender's Greek seasoning, minced garlic, ground pepper, and any other favorite spices on steaks.
- Place the steaks in the Ziploc bag of soy sauce.
- Place the marinading bag of steaks in the refrigerator for at least two hours; flipping the bag every 20 minutes.
- When ready to grill, take the steaks out of the marinade and place on grill.
- Dispose of the marinade.
